 Let us remove the “junk” from around the property, clean the clutter from the basement, empty the attic, and make room for the car in the garage again.  From one item to an entire house full…we’ll pick it up from where ever it is located, carry it to our trucks, load it, and dispose of it all in the same day.  Then we will vacuum the floors and tidy up the items you’ve chosen to keep.  A clutter free house looks larger, shows better, and sells quicker.

 

MOVING & CODE VIOLATION REMOVALS

  • Initial cleanup and junk removalPrior to beginning to pack for a move it is often helpful to remove items that you obviously don’t want to take with you to your new residence.  The cleaner the garage, attic and basement are the easier it will be to sort and pack the items you do want to keep.  Whether it is furniture, old clothing, boxes, or just years of accumulated “junk”, we will collect it from throughout the house at your direction, load it in our trucks and remove it the same day. 
  • Final cleanup and junk removal: Let the movers come and move your belongings out of your house.  We will arrive later the same day to remove all the remaining items you chose not to take with you.  If you don’t want an item you may leave it right where it is; this includes furniture, beds, old TV’s, books, rugs…you name it. If it’s in a closet, hanging on a wall, in the kitchen cabinets, leave it there.  We empty all cabinets, closest, basements, garages, attics, and even the refrigerator.  We load all items in our trucks and dispose of them the same day.  We then vacuum the entire home, wipe down all cabinets and vanities and leave your home in better than the “broom Swept” condition that most real estate contracts dictate.  Moving is an arduous task for all home owners and can be made so much easier by simply concentrating on, and packing what you want to keep and leaving the stuff you don’t want right where it is.  I charge by volume so whether it is on the floor, in a closet, or in a bag at the front door the cost is the same.  Result: you have moved and cleaned you home the same day and are free to concentrate on and enjoy settling into your new residence.
  • Estate Cleanout, Senior Citizen Down Sizing:  Whether you’re parents or a relative are downsizing, or you’ve been saddled with the task of emptying a deceased relatives residence we can take the bulk of the work and in trepidation out of it for you at minimal cost.  We can minimize the anxiety the elderly feel when leaving a home they have owned for years.  We’ve seen the stress they face when trying to decide what should be thrown away and what should be saved.  We have learned how to talk them through this ordeal and provide the reassurance and reaffirm that this is a necessary step and for the better.  We are happy to speak with relatives and get an understanding of the situation and proceed as advised.  In some cases the elderly individual wants to be intimately involved in what is removed and we can happily accommodate them by allowing them to examine everything before it is disposed of.  In other situations they don’t have the mental capacity or stamina to deal with it and we therefore rely on relatives instructions.  Either way, we show great respect not only to them but their possessions as well.  In this business we often come across items that the family has overlooked or misplaced in the process of going through things.  We will always present you with any items that we feel have either a monetary or sentimental value to ensure that it was your intent to dispose of them.  Our integrity is second to none

Working from out of town?  We can eliminate your headaches:


 We can arrange to do the entire cleanup and cleanout via the phone.  Keys can be either left with a trusted realtor or fedexed to our offices.  We can also arrange to have mail redirected, newspaper delivery cancelled, or utilities turned off.  If items of value need to be shipped or moved we have researched and found trusted local and long distance movers that we can coordinate your moves with.  We also can put you in touch with trusted licensed plumbers, electricians, and carpenters with whom you can pay directly.  We are a service company and are happy to speak with about your needs and will do are best to help. 

 

New purchase:We will remove anything left behind by the previous owners.  We can pull up the old carpeting and remove old furniture and appliances.
